Wait List Information
The Official Housing Bureau for the AOSSM 2023 Annual Meeting is working with the hotel to fulfill you wait-listed night(s). You will receive an updated acknowledgment via email when your reservation has been fulfilled. We will contact you on the status of your booking if your reservation has not been fulfilled within 7 business days. Please note you will not be billed for any WAIT-LISTED nights unless they are CONFIRMED on your reservation.
Hotel Cut-Off Date
Contracted AOSSM rates are no longer available. You may still book rooms, however, the AOSSM group rate is not guaranteed, and rooms are based on availability.
Deposit Policy and Payment
Reservations require a one-night room and tax deposit. This deposit will be charged by the hotel as early as June 17, 2022. There are no other upfront fees required to secure your hotel reservation in advance. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled no later than Friday, June 17, 2022.
Cancellation Deadline
Reservations may be canceled, and arrival and departure dates may be changed, until Friday, June 17, 2022, without charge. After this date, your credit card will be charged a one (1) night's room and tax deposit which is non-refundable. The Broadmoor Hotel requires cancellations be made at least ninety-six (96) hours prior to arrival to avoid the penalty of two (2) night's room and tax.

Outside housing companies may contact you to secure hotel reservations for the AOSSM 2022 Annual Meeting. ConferenceDirect is the only official partner for hotel reservations at the AOSSM Annual Meeting. These companies are not endorsed, affiliated, or working in partnership with AOSSM or ConferenceDirect (even though they may claim as such), and reservations made through these companies cannot be guaranteed. Brokers soliciting your business have been known to accept payment without confirming room reservations. If this occurs, the hotel has no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting upon arrival. Do not fall victim to this practice. AOSSM has official blocks at the Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Courtyard Colorado Springs South, Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs South, and Residence Inn Colorado Springs South.
