Wait List Information
The Official Housing Bureau for the AOSSM 2023 Annual Meeting is working with the hotel to fulfill your wait-listed night(s). You will receive an updated acknowledgment via email when your reservation has been fulfilled. We will contact you on the status of your booking if your reservation has not been fulfilled within 7 business days. Please note you will not be billed for any wait-listed nights unless they are confirmed on your reservation.

Outside housing companies may contact you to secure hotel reservations for the AOSSM 2023 Annual Meeting. ConferenceDirect is the only official partner for hotel reservations at the AOSSM Annual Meeting. These companies are not endorsed, affiliated, or working in partnership with AOSSM or ConferenceDirect (even though they may claim as such), and reservations made through these companies cannot be guaranteed. Brokers soliciting your business have been known to accept payment without confirming room reservations. If this occurs, the hotel has no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting upon arrival. Do not fall victim to this practice.
