*The non-member and Allied Health rates include complimentary 2025 AOSSM membership dues for those qualified for Active, Affiliate-MD, International or Affiliate membership. We’ll also waive the application fee—for a $1,000 total value. Membership instructions provided via email within two business days of registration. ** Guest passes are meant for significant others or personal friends and only provide access to the Opening Celebration, Presidential Guest Speaker and Closing Night Reception. They are not full meeting registrations and are not meant for colleagues.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
If a registrant cancels their registration for the AOSSM 2025 Annual Meeting, the following goes into effect:
Registrations, less a $150 processing fee, are refundable only if a cancellation notice is submitted to [email protected] on or before Friday, June 13, 2025. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Registration fees for cancellations received after Friday, June 13, 2025, are not refundable.
