** Guest passes are meant for significant others or personal friends and only provide access to the Opening Celebration, Presidential Guest Speaker and Closing Night Reception. They are not full meeting registrations and are not meant for colleagues.

On-Site Registration Hours & Badge Pickup

On-site registration and badge pick-up will be located at the Music City Center, Prefunction Hall A during the hours listed below. Please bring your email confirmation with you to expedite the badge pick-up process. Event badges are not mailed in advance.
