Hotel Cut-Off Date
Contracted AOSSM rates are available through Friday, June 13th, 2025, or until the room block is full. You may still book rooms after this date, however, the AOSSM rate is not guaranteed, and rooms are based on availability.
Need to upgrade your room or suite?
To secure an upgrade or suite, you must first book your hotel room using the Reserve Now button above for your full length of stay and then email [email protected], or call in the U.S. 866.413.5137 or International 801.438.4896 to receive rates and update your reservation.
Deposit Policy and Payment
All reservations require a valid credit card to hold a reservation and require a one-night room and tax deposit. This deposit will be charged by the hotel as early as June 13, 2025. There are no other upfront fees required to secure your hotel reservation in advance. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled no later than Friday, June 13, 2025.
Wait List Information
If you see one of the nights you are looking for is on a wait list, please book your reservation through the entire length of your stay, including this night(s). The Official Housing Bureau for the Annual Meeting works with our hotels to fulfill wait-listed night(s). You will receive an updated acknowledgment via email when your reservation has been fulfilled. We will contact you on the status of your booking if your reservation has not been fulfilled within 7 business days. Please note you will not be billed for any wait-listed nights unless they are confirmed on your reservation.
Do I have to be registered before I can book my hotel?
No. Hotels can be booked at the AOSSM rate before registering for the meeting. We encourage booking in advance as hotel rooms fill up fast. Additionally, registration cancellations will not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.
Cancellation Deadline
Reservations may be canceled, and arrival and departure dates may be changed, until Friday, June 13, 2025. After this date, your credit card may be charged a one (1) night's room and tax deposit which is non-refundable. Guests who no-show, cancel, or reduce their dates less than 72 hours prior to check in will be charged one night's room and tax. ConferenceDirect will charge a cancellation fee of $35.00 for any hotel room cancellations made at any time.
Hotel Scam Advisory
Outside housing companies may contact you to secure hotel reservations for the Annual Meeting. ConferenceDirect is the only official partner for hotel reservations at the AOSSM Annual Meeting. These companies are not endorsed, affiliated, or working in partnership with AOSSM or ConferenceDirect (even though they may claim as such), and reservations made through these companies cannot be guaranteed. Brokers soliciting your business have been known to accept payment without confirming room reservations. If this occurs, the hotel has no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting upon arrival. Do not fall victim to this practice. Please help us to stop these unauthorized companies by reporting any solicitations to [email protected].
