Organizations with confirmed exhibit space at the AOSSM 2024 Annual Meeting can access the Exhibitor Service Kit. Use the kit to place orders for:

  • Shipping to/from the show
  • Lead retrieval
  • Booth furniture and decorations
  • Food and beverage to serve to meeting attendees from your booth

Advantages for Exhibitors

  • Three badges per 100 square feet of exhibit space.
  • Badges grant access to the exhibit hall and scientific abstract (plenary) sessions on a space available basis.
  • Additional badges will be available for $395 each if purchased by June 13, 2024, and $495 each after June 13, 2024.
  • Company name, description and booth number in the online program, meeting app, and online floor plan.
  • Pre- and post-meeting attendee mailing lists.

All exhibitors must register their name to the Exhibiting Company's badge list. The primary Exhibitor Contact may have their password emailed to them as a reminder through the registration site. If you are not the primary Exhibitor Contact, please contact that person for access to the site for redeeming exhibitor passes. Three Exhibitor badges are included per 10x10 booth. Additional badges are available for $395 each if purchased by June 13, 2024 and $495 each after June 13, 2024.

  • $37 per square foot
  • Standard Rate: $3,700 per 10' x 10' booth + Corner Charge
  • Corner Charge: $200 per exposed corner

The ACE Award is a competitive, new product award for our exhibitors, recognizing cutting-edge innovation in the field of orthopaedic sports medicine. The award represents the Society’s recognition of industry partners’ contribution to the field and the importance of corporate innovations that impact our members and their patients.

Private Event or Function Space Request

We recognize that sometimes a private, quiet space is needed to conduct business with your priority clients and prospects. AOSSM welcomes exhibiting, affiliate, and alumni groups at the 2024 Annual Meeting to request space in which to host private meetings and special networking functions. We are eager to help you schedule your event during our meeting. For rules, guidelines and to request space, please fill out the function space request form. Your request will be reviewed by AOSSM, and you should expect to receive a response by the end of May.
